How Our Service Works

To ensure a high and consistent standard, every new home starts with an initial deep clean. This allows us to reset the space properly so that all following visits focus on easy, effective maintenance.

Initial Deep Clean (One‑Time)

The deep clean includes areas that are not part of regular maintenance cleaning, such as:

• Walls and high‑touch surfaces

• Interior and exterior windows

• Detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning

• Skirting boards, corners, and hard‑to‑reach areas

Important: The initial deep clean is a once‑off service and is charged separately. It is required before any ongoing weekly or twice‑weekly maintenance services can begin.

Once the deep clean is completed, your home is set up for ongoing weekly or twice‑weekly maintenance cleaning.

Deep Clean – Terms & Scope

To ensure transparency and safety, please note the following terms for the initial deep clean:

• The deep clean is a once‑off service required before recurring maintenance.

• It focuses on resetting the home to a maintainable standard.

• Deep cleaning is completed before maintenance pricing applies.

• Duration and pricing may vary depending on unit size and condition.

• Any additional work requested beyond the standard deep clean scope will be quoted separately.

• Access to water and electricity is required during the service.

Service Limits & Boundaries

To ensure fairness, safety, and quality, please note the following limits:

Ongoing Maintenance Cleaning Does Not Include:

• Moving heavy furniture

• Handling hazardous materials or biohazards

Laundry Limitations:

• Laundry volume is limited to agreed quantities per visit
